Once you leave from Split, and a drive of around two and a half hours, crossing the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina, you will arrive in Mostar. The city is well known for its Mostar Bridge, which connects two sides of the city, that are separated by the river Neretve. Mostar offers amazingly rich history holding so many religions and cultures together, which you will learn thorugh many sights there. Besides the bridge, which is the town’s main landmark, there are more fascinating sights, such as the Mosque of Mostar, Kajtaz House, Crooked Bridge, Hammam Museum and many other places that are worth your attention. After sightseeing, there will be a lunch break, after which you can have some free time to experience Mostar by walking around the city on its stone streets and breathe in the history by yourself.
