Adventure in the fields of Konavle

This adrenalin adventure is definitely one of the best experiences you could have when you are in Dubrovnik. The tour starts in Konavle and goes through four different terrains. First ride through the beautiful fields, after which you go through the river Ljuta, then climb up the hill to get to the swamp, then through the prairies, where you will get the feeling you are in a real safari. You will continue your tour to the village Cilipi, where you will visit the museum and church and take a small break. Once you finish the sightseeing, you will head back to the property, where you will be served snacks and beverages.

Climb your way up to the stars…

The hiking tour goes along the trail to Srđ Mountain, as you climb up the hill to the military Imperial Fort, built in the 19th century during the Napoleonic Wars. Now, the Fort is the Museum of the Croatian War for Independence, where you can see testimonies and leftovers of the civil war. Cavtat has many other attractions for you to see, such as St. Nicholas church, the Franciscan monastery, Racic Mausoleum, etc.  When you finish with wightseeing of Cavtat, we continue our trip to Konavle, the area that is mostly known for its production of silk, but also for its beautiful countryside that covers the whole area, as well as good wine. This wine tour will take you to some local wine producers, where your adventure in wine-tasting will begin. You will learn how the wine was made, the secrets of making such a good wine and visit the local vineyards. Once when you finish with wine-tasting, you will surely be hungry enough to have lunch and taste delicious traditional Konavle cuisine. Afterwards, we will head to another fascinating Konavle attraction, “Sokol Kula”. The tower is a medieval tourist attraction, from which you will get the best view of Konavle and its surrounding lands.
